ABOUT PETER'S PICS

Peter Ward's landscape photography features some of Australia's most stunning natural features. From glowing sunsets to ancient rock formations, Peter captures moments in time that feel timeless. His work invites you to slow down and look closer—whether it's the bold textures of native flora, the stillness of water at dusk, or a winding track through the bush. With a keen eye for light, colour, and composition, Peter's images reflect a deep appreciation for the beauty and complexity of the created natural world.

Peter’s work spans a range of natural subjects—from sweeping coastlines and forest trails to close-up studies of native plants, flowers, and textures. He often shoots in natural light and captures his images during walks, hikes, and quiet moments in nature, favouring organic composition over staged or edited scenes. His photography blends landscape, macro, and nature documentary styles, always with a strong sense of place. Whether it’s the vastness of a horizon or the delicate curve of a petal, Peter’s photos celebrate the raw, unfiltered beauty of the Australian environment.

Outside of photography, Peter is the Director of Asciential Property Group, a consultancy specialising in strategic property investment education, research, sourcing and advice. With decades of experience in guiding clients through property investment decisions, Peter brings the same attention to detail and long-term vision to his photography as he does to his professional work. His connection to the Australian landscape—shaped through years of working with it at both strategic and ground level—deeply informs his photographic perspective.
